ADT Sales Conferences
Startech were commissioned by ADT to design, build and deliver its Sales Conferences at 3 different venues around the country.
With audiences of approximately 140 at each event and the requirement to change the purpose and layout of the main conference room throughout the 2 days, Startech had to not only ensure the layout and set up was precise and flexible, but that design was in line with the company's objectives and desired message. Startech designed and produced a stage set that could be utilised at all venues, incorporating screen, lecturn and comfort monitors, supported with lighting, sound and additional screens in the audience.
Startech not only designed and installed the stage set, but their lighting and sound technicians produced all activities taking place in the main room. In addition, a smaller stage and accompanying sound were installed elsewhere for the evening activities.
After three successful events to one type of audience, a fourth conference to a different audience was required of the Startech team and the stage set, except this time the request was that the stage was turned around to become a living room in a home, in 20 minutes...twice! Startech designed a living room, and created a window to the village using the screen and some clever images, and turned a corporate stage into a house and back twice, in 20 minutes much to the delight of both the audience and the organisers.
