Annual Sales Conference at Heathrow
Startech were contracted to technically produce a clients Annual Sales Conference 2009 hosted at a Heathrow Venue.
This event was expected to be a very straight forward conference with microphones only being installed for the primary speakers. However, just three hours before the Annual Sales Conference was due to begin the client decided that another two 50" plasma screens were required. A quick call to the Startech office and the screens were rushed from the warehouse in Oxford to Heathrow and installed with half an hour to spare.
Images were sent to the additional plasma screens and our sound and AV engineers supported the event throughout.
